• What is gift flick® and how does it work? − +

  If you're buying a product or voucher as a gift, gift flick® enables you to instantly deliver it via email, SMS or messenger ahead of it arriving in the mail. Once you've placed an order, select the gift flick® option in the shopping bag or on the order confirmation page to create a customised gift story with a video message. Alternatively, you can log in to your account and create a gift flick® from the My Orders tab.

• Do I have to pay to use gift flick®? − +

  gift flick® is a free service with every Country Road purchase.

• What happens if I lose the link to the gift flick® I created? − +

  Once you've created a gift story, gift flick® will automatically email you the link.
  If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder.

• I want to buy multiple gifts for the same person, will these show in my gift flick®? − +

  Yes, just make sure you check out all the items in one transaction. You can show up to six products in a gift flick® gift story.

• If I don't like the video or photo I upload in my gift flick® gift story can I change it? − +

  Yes you can, as long as you change it before the gift flick® process is complete.

• How does the gift flick® get sent to the gift recipient? − +

  This is up to you. You'll receive a shareable link that you can send to your gift recipient whenever you choose, via the digital messaging platform of your choice.

• I have bought a gift voucher and created a gift flick®, how does the recipient get the actual voucher? − +

  The voucher will be sent automatically to the gift recipient via email, based on the date you selected. gift flick® is an additional layer to reveal what you have purchased for the recipient in a personalised way.

• What address do I put in at check out if I want to use gift flick®? − +

  It's up to you, however most customers will just put in the delivery address of the recipient.

• If I have the gift delivered straight to the gift recipient's address, will there be an invoice that discloses the price paid for the gift in the box? − +

  No, your invoice will be emailed to you and the packing slip included in the delivery will not list the price. However, the current price of each item may still appear on the product swing tag or barcode sticker.
